A prior priming of your object with Montana GOLD (recommended) or Montana WHITE colors is necessary (the thicker the primer, the stronger the effect). Give the primer at least 45 minutes but no more than 24 hours drying time before applying the CRACKLE effect (drying time may vary depending on temperature, humidity and film thickness). Apply the sprays in a crisscrossing motion from left to right (cross-coating) for best results. After the CRACKLE effect has been applied to a large area of your primed surface, the weathering process (cracking) will begin. Montana Texture 400ml
Montana Texture Spray is a very thick layer paint with high stability. This can be modeled up to 5-6min after application using a spatula, brush or sponge to give the substrate the desired structure. After drying, it can be overpainted with a variety of other paints such as acrylic, nitro-combi or synthetic.
But also as a filler to compensate for small cracks or holes, the Montana Texture Spray is ideally suited.

Montana Primer Plastic 400ml
The Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is the perfect tool if you want to create a neutral surface on plastic surfaces to which you want to apply further coatings. The PLASTIC PRIMER is ideal for sealing and preparing plastic materials for efficient application of paint coats. PLASTIC PRIMER promotes adhesion, maximizes coverage of additional coatings, seals porous surfaces and reduces the risk of cracking and crazing. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is a surface preparer that can be used on hard plastics such as polyurethane (PUR), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), modified polypropylene (EPDM), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastics (ABS), glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) and hard polyvinyl chloride (hard PVC). Due to the diverse chemical composition of plastics, we recommend testing a non-visible area of your material to check compatibility. You can apply any color of Montana cans, TECH or EFFECT spray over the PLASTIC PRIMER once it has dried and cured. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER increases the intensity and durability of the coatings applied over it. Drying time is 24 hours or more, depending on ambient temperature and moisture content. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is a semi-matte, transparent white product in the form of a nitro-combi based coating that provides a neutral color base for application of the Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK or Montana WHITE color spectrum. Smooth and even application is effortless thanks to the Montana FLAT JET CAP medium that comes standard on the can. For other application caps, you can try the Montana FLAT JET WIDE, the FAT CAP GOLD/BLACK or one of the Montana LEVEL 1-3 caps. Due to possible expansion and contraction of all plastics, we recommend that you do not expose your plastic projects to extreme weather conditions or temperature changes. Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust and oils before applying PLASTIC PRIMER. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is not recommended for use with soft plastics.APPLICATION: Apply the primer in several thin coats, spraying before the previous coat is completely dry, but with 1 or 2 minutes between each pass. Additional coats may require a drying time of 24 hours or longer, depending on the substrate. Always test the spray in a non-visible area to verify the compatibility of the paint or varnish. Always store cans with the nozzle facing down for optimal life.
